The Pay-Ease support staff is responsible for monitoring our ACM and back office software, providing a seamless transition of dataflow. Our trained technicians perform customer support, maintenance and repair activities. We recognize the importance of providing full service and support so our clients will never deal with a ”middle man“.
Pay-Ease provides:
- Real-time Transaction Assistance Support – Through the ACM‘s ”help‘ button and internal real-time monitoring system, we are able to remotely assist customers during their transactions until problems are successfully resolved.
- Service Support – Our 1-800 service phone line provides live service support to answer customer inquiries.
- Automatic Software Updates – We offer software updates at no charge to our customers. These updates are installed without interruption of service to the ACM.
- Marketing Support – We assist in creating marketing campaigns specifically designed for your clientele, including point-of-purchase and store window displays, banners, website creation and display screen advertising.
- SENTRY Reporting to Client – Pay-Ease clients are able to view transactions from their ACM units and are able to create customized reports through our proprietary website.
