Pay-Ease offers a full range of services from installation to ongoing maintenance to ensure that once installed, our ACM operates at optimal performance.

  • Installation – We provide ”white glove“ delivery service, including placement of the ACM and setting up a communications network. Our ACM is configured to require only a ”clean“ 120V power supply and a broadband connection. If a broadband connection is not available, access to a network or dedicated telephone line will be required.
  • Payment Processing – We guarantee secure processing of all payments. Our software incorporates internal security and constantly monitored fire-wall secured services that are closed to the internet.
  • Funds Transfers – Our ACMs automatically audit and segregate funds so that all billing agencies, as well as hosts, receive their funds accurately and consistently.
  • Collections and Replenishment – We schedule routine revenue collection, cash replenishment, audits and deposits. Our schedule ensures the timely reconciliation of funds and makes certain there are no operational interruptions.
  • Maintenance – We remotely check and maintain our ACMs on a daily basis and schedule on-site maintenance to make sure our equipment continues operating at optimal levels at all times.
  • Customer Support – Customer support is provided through the use of remote real-time assistance with transactions. Should a malfunction occur, our customer service representatives are usually notified before the customer is aware there is a problem. Most malfunctions can be corrected remotely by Pay-Ease customer support technicians. This service eliminates the need for our clients to monitor, maintain or service our ACM.
