The Pay-Ease ACM allows customers to pay taxes, water bills, parking and moving violations, purchase parking permits and renew drivers’ licenses, vehicle registrations and more. Any or all of these transactions can be accomplished in one visit to any ACM location. None of these transactions require a person-to-person encounter. Nothing could be faster or more convenient for municipal customers.

A municipality can virtually eliminate long lines and significantly reduce personnel required to handle these transactions. Reducing personnel devoted to customer service and cashier functions will ultimately reduce the work load in Human Resources and Benefits departments. Municipalities can focus more closely on other revenue-generating activities. The diminution of personnel invariably causes considerable reduction of expenses associated with in-person transactions.

The Pay-Ease ACM offers self-service transactions to customers and provides municipalities with automated reconciliation of funds through a networked, fully-automated system of ACMs. Each ACM will interface with the network and transmit customer account and payment data. Payments are electronically deposited into the correct bank account as designated by the municipality.
